This section establishes the rules, responsibilities, and limitations applicable to the services provided by UnionCare in the field of corporate benefits consulting, pension fund management, and group insurance.
UnionCare provides consulting services in corporate benefits planning, legal compliance audit of compensation packages, and personnel cost optimization. Services include analysis of accounting documents, financial risk assessment, and personalized recommendations.
The Client undertakes to provide complete and accurate information regarding their financial situation and benefit packages. UnionCare undertakes to treat the data with confidentiality and to provide recommendations based on current legislation. Any decision based on the consultancy remains the responsibility of the Client.
UnionCare is not liable for direct or indirect financial losses resulting from the application of recommendations, except in cases of proven gross negligence or fraud. The total liability of UnionCare is limited to the value of services provided in the last 12 months.
The contract may be terminated by either party with a 30-day notice. In case of serious non-compliance, UnionCare may suspend access to services immediately. Client data will be returned within 15 days of termination.
UnionCare reserves the right to modify these terms with a prior notice of 15 days. Continued use of the services after modifications implies acceptance of the new conditions.
